About Us

Jiggle Sprouts Group Family Daycare is a dynamic, multi-age program licensed by the NYC Depatment of Health. We accept children from 3 months to 5 years of age. For the past thirteen years, we have offered a child-centered,  multidisciplinary curriculum in a nurturing, small group setting (maximum 12 children, or maximum 6 per room). We offer part-time and full-time options, and have a limited school-aged/after school program

For Infants, Toddlers and Preschoolers, our activities include Circle Time; Music, Singing and Dancing; Sensory Play; Arts & Crafts; Guided Independent Play & Exploration; Alphabet, Color & Number Recognition; Pre-Writing and Writing; Math; Science; Cooking; and Holidays. We provide a nutritious breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks. Children play outdoors daily in a private yard, and we take occasional walks around our quiet, tree-lined neighborhood.

For school-aged children ages 5-12, we offer the following services: After-school care, pickup from local schools (Ridgewood YMCA and P.S. 88 only), homework help, outdoor play, quiet reading time, time for games, puzzles, and arts and crafts activities, and snack time. We provide full-day care on certain days when public or private schools are closed. Private and small group tutoring available by certified teacher upon request.
